The Sales and Business Development Engineer role in our Tashkent office will be responsible for managing customer relationships and generating new business for our companies in Uzbekistan and Central Asia Region.

Requirements
Requirements for the Sales and Business Development Engineer role include:
Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
At least 3 years of experience in the sales and business development
Good command of English (reading, writing, verbal communication), and preferably Turkish as well
Strong human relations and communication skills, researcher and innovative perspectives, development-oriented,
Strong persuasion and communication skills for Sales and Business Development,
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and basic computer programs ,
Will be able to use design programs ( Autocad , PVSyst ) when necessary,
Have a driver's license, can drive actively and have no travel disability,
Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
Will be able to manage relations with official institutions.
Responsibilities
Identifying potential customers and making customer visits,
To follow all processes starting with sales negotiations,
To create a target customer portfolio and to analyze business activities by developing them,
To manage the business development processes in accordance with the general strategies of the company.
